PRICES and AVAILABILITY
All prices are in pounds sterling and are the
rates per week. The usual change over day is Saturday and normally you will
need to leave the apartment by 10am on the day of departure and you will have
access after 4pm on the day of arrival, but we'll try to be flexible. Choose
your week(s) and check the prices below for that week(s). For final confirmation
of availability please check with me by telephone or email.

Normally 20% deposit is required to book. Eg. two weeks in August will require a deposit of £296. The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel within 60 days of your holiday start date. The balance must be paid within 6 weeks of your holiday start date, ie. in the previous example £1,184 would be due. The keys, address of the property, directions from the airport etc. will be sent to you at least 2 weeks before your holiday start date, and normally as soon as you have paid the balance.
The prices above includes clean laundry on the beds, bathroom towels and the cleaning of the apartment at the start and end of your stay. Gas for the BBQ, electricity and water are also included. If you would like the apartment cleaned or the laundry done during your stay this can be arranged at a price of 16 Euros per hour for cleaning and 10 Euros per person for the laundry.
